The Tom Hanks StoryAt the time, we operated as a relatively small family-owned business, relying solely on word of mouth for business. Then, out of the blue, we were hired by a prominent Hollywood event planner for a large-scale event. Interestingly, the planner kept the client's identity a secret until we arrived at the venue – turns out, it was none other than Tom. Thrilled and excited, we catered to a crowd that included numerous familiar and famous faces. The event planner, following industry norms, requested that we keep our information confidential to facilitate future bookings through her. The experience turned out to be phenomenal, especially when Tom approached me, Robert F (Owner), and uttered the now-famous words, 'These were the best tacos and rice I've ever had.' Nervously, I asked if we could feature his compliment in our Craigslist ads, and to my delight, he chuckled and gave his approval. To our surprise, three days later, Tom himself called, requesting a tray of our rice to be delivered to his home. Since that memorable day, he has become a loyal customer, referring many clients and companies to our services.

How many tacos per guest?Plan on serving about 4-5 tacos per guest. Keep in mind, amigos, these tacos are genuinely delicious, and many folks end up having 6-8, especially with some good drinks flowing. We always suggest going for the next package up. For instance, if you're expecting 25 guests, we would recommend the 30-35 package. That way, everyone gets plenty, and there's room for seconds! 🌮🎉
