Office Manager / HR
Andrea has been part of Taco Man for six years, beginning her journey as a caterer before growing into her role as Office Manager. She keeps daily operations running smoothly and is often the one making sure every event detail is organized and on track. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys Spanish music and loves traveling to Mexico.

Client & Staff Coordinator
Maria has been part of Taco Man for three years, starting as a part-time team member and growing into her full-time role as Office and Event Coordinator. She helps organize events, supports clients, and keeps the scheduling and planning side running smoothly. As a dedicated mother of three, Maria balances her busy home life with her passion for creating great event experiences.

Daisy
Senior Office Coordinator
Daisy has been with Taco Man for ten years and knows the business inside and out. Working part-time from both the office and remotely, she brings a decade of experience to every event she oversees. Known for her attention to detail and calm, organized approach, Daisy is recognized as one of the top event coordinators in the industry. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom to a daughter currently in college and a son in elementary school.
Sal
Owner & Founder
With over 20 years in the food industry, Sal’s journey has always been about hard work and learning. He started as a dishwasher and steadily worked his way up through every role in the kitchen. Over the years, he cooked in high-end restaurants such as Morton’s, Javier’s, and the world-renowned Nobu, and even spent time working street taco carts. His experience with various catering teams also helped him realize something important: taco catering had the potential to reach far more people than just the Hispanic community.
That simple idea became the foundation of what would eventually grow into Taco Man.
Today, after more than 30,000 catered events, Sal has guided Taco Man into becoming a respected name in the catering industry. While the company is recognized as the largest casual catering company in the United States, he credits that achievement to the team’s consistency, dedication, and shared passion for serving great food.
Outside of work, Sal enjoys tinkering with computers, doing graphic design, and staying up-to-date with the news. Above all, he’s a proud father of four.
