Deposit FAQ 1. Is the deposit refundable? No. All deposits are non-refundable. Once paid, the deposit secures your event date, staffing, and preparation time. 2. Does the deposit go toward my total? Yes. Your deposit is fully deducted from your final total on the day of your event. 3. What happens to the tip included with my deposit? Any tip added during the deposit payment goes directly to the office staff and event coordinator who assisted you with planning, communication, and scheduling. 4. What if I need to cancel? Cancellations made within 48 hours of payment are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to an Act of God or a situation outside of your control. 5. Can I reschedule my event if I can't move forward with the original date? Yes. If you need to cancel or postpone, your deposit will be kept on file for one full year. You may rebook at any time within that year, and your deposit will be applied to your new date. 6. Will I receive an updated invoice after paying my deposit? Yes. After paying your deposit, you will receive an updated invoice via email showing the deposit credited toward your total balance. 7. Why is the deposit non-refundable? Deposits cover: Reservation of your event date and time Administrative work and coordination Staff scheduling Planning and preparation for your service Once your date is secured, we often turn away other potential clients for that time, which is why the deposit remains non-refundable. 8. How will I know my reservation is confirmed? You will receive a Square email receipt immediately after payment. Our team will also follow up to confirm your booking details and go over your event information.
